Eine kleine Statue unter dem Giebel (später gestohlen) erklärt den Namen „Johannes-Haus“.<br /> *1885 Das Johannes-Haus des Bindermeisters Scheckenberger wird vom Besitzer des Eschenhauses, Friedrich Paulick, erworben und als Waschküche und Holzlager für das Eschenhaus benutzt.<br /> *1945 Das Haus wird von der Familie Schreiner für Wohnzwecke umgebaut und in der Folge auch bewohnt.
